The Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS) on July 20, 2023, notified the date of establishment for the Indian standards particulars.
The following has been specified: -
•IS 11852: 2019 Automotive Vehicles — Uniform Provision Concerning the Approval of Vehicles of Categories M, N, and T with Regard to Braking (Third Revision).
•IS 12832: 2010 Automotive Vehicles — Interior Noise — Method of Measurement and Requirements (First Revision).
•IS 13917: 2003 Stranded Wire Ropes for Mine Hoisting — Technical Delivery Requirements (First Revision)
For all the particulars the date of establishment will be July 10, 2023, and the date till which the standard without the amendment shall remain in force is August 09, 2023.
