Secretarial ComplianceThe Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) on July 21, 2023, issued a circular regarding the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, a Framework for restricting trading by Designated Persons by freezing PAN at the security level

This circular shall come into force on October 01, 2023

The following has been stated namely: -

• It states that the attached Annexure 1 lays down the Top 1,000 companies in terms of BSE Market Capitalization as of June 30, 2023 (excluding companies part of benchmark indices).

• It states that the Companies that qualify must include all equity ISIN and ISINs that are convertible into equity.

• The Listed entities are required to designate one of the depositories as its designated depository and provide the information including PAN of Promoters promoter group, directors, and designated persons in the manner as specified by the depositories according to SEBI circular no – SEBI/HO/ISD/ISD/CIR/P/2020/168 dated September 09, 2020. Further, listed entities shall update their designated person list in the manner specified by the depositories on a regular basis

• It further states that All Listed companies shall comply accordingly
