Labour ComplianceThe Government of Tripura on July 17, 2023, issued a notification regarding the revision of the Variable Dearness Allowance (VDA) for the workers engaged in the employment of "OTPC Power Project Palatana".

The half-yearly average Consumer Price Index is 121 points.

The revised VDA shall come into effect from April 01, 2023.

The details of the schedule are as follows-

•For Skilled employees the minimum wage is Rs.576.00 per day.

•For Semi-skilled employees the minimum wage is Rs.501.00 per day.
