The Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) on July 21, 2023, issued the Extension of Timeline for Submission of Public Comments on the Consultation Paper on Consolidated Cybersecurity and Cyber Resilience Framework (CSCRF)
The following has been stated namely: -
• SEBI placed a consultation paper on consolidated Cybersecurity and Cyber Resilience Framework (CSCRF) on its website on July 04, 2023.
• The timeline for submission of comments has been extended to August 08, 2023.
• The public comments may be sent to SEBI in the prescribed format
• Kindly mention the subject of the communication as “Comments on Consultation Paper on consolidated Cybersecurity and Cyber Resilience Framework (CSCRF)”
• It may be sent, latest by August 08, 2023, through any of the following modes:
