Finance & Taxation Compliance The Government of Chattisgarh on July 20, 2023, issued a notification regarding the amendment to the Chhattisgarh Motoryan Karadhan Adhiniyam.

This shall come into force on July 20, 2023

The following has been amended namely: -

• In the Schedule of the said Adhiniyam, after serial number 8 of Part-I of the Second Schedule, the following serial number shall be added, namely: -

“9. Motor Caravan 10% of the cost of the vehicle.”
