Industry Specific Compliance class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;">The Ministry of Chemicals and Fertilizers (MoCF) on July 22, 2023, published a notification to amend the Gamma Picoline (Quality Control) Order, 2020

The following has been amended namely: -

· In the said order, in paragraph 1 which states “Short title and Commencement” for sub-paragraph (2), the following sub-paragraph shall be substituted, namely: ─

“(2) This order shall come into force on the 13th March 2024.”
