Industry Specific ComplianceThe Ministry of Chemicals and Fertilizers (MoCF) on July 21, 2023, issued a notification to amend the Acetic Acid (Quality Control) Order, 2019.

The following amendment has been stated:

• In paragraph 1, for sub-paragraph (2), the following sub-paragraph shall be substituted, namely:─ 

“(2) This order shall come into force on February 03, 2024.”
