Industry Specific Compliance The Ministry of Chemicals and Fertilizers (MoCF) on July 21, 2023, issued an amendment to the Potassium Carbonate (Quality Control) Order, 2020.

The following has been stated namely: -

• Paragraph 1(2) which states the date of enforcement, the following has been substituted namely: -

“This order shall come into force on the 13th March, 2024”
