The Ministry of Civil Aviation (MoCA) on July 24, 2023, notified the Ministry of Civil Aviation (Height Restrictions for Safeguarding of Aircraft Operations) Amendment Rules, 2023 further to amend the Ministry of Civil Aviation (Height Restrictions for Safeguarding of Aircraft Operations) Rules, 2015.
The following has been amended namely: -
•Schedule IV, Part-1, under the heading “Aerodrome Operated by The State Governments and Private Owners (Aerodromes Licensed for Public/Private Use and Planned Rcs Airports) after S. No. 43 and the entries relating thereto, S. No. and entries are inserted.
They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
