Finance & Taxation ComplianceThe Ministry of Finance (MoF) on July 26, 2023, issued a notification to amend notification No. 9/2017-Integrated Tax (Rate), dated June 28, 2017, regarding the exemption of the Integrated Tax applicable to inter-State services.

The following amendment has been stated:

• In the Table, against serial number 20C, for the entry in column (3), the following entry shall be substituted: -

(3) “Satellite launch services.”

This notification shall come into force on July 27, 2023.
