The Department of Telecommunications (DoT) on July 26, 2023, issued a notification regarding the Shifting of telecom equipment from one LSA to another by the Telecom Service Providers (TSPs).
The following has been stated namely: -
• The following has been stated regarding the transfer/shifting of telecom equipment from one LSA to another by the TSPs:
1. TSPs are allowed to shift/re-deploy their wireless equipment from one LSA to another after giving prior intimation to WPC Wing online through Saral sanchar portal.
2. TSPs may submit the details of shifting through email till such time as the online facility is made available: [email protected] with an undertaking that details will be updated subsequently.
3. Necessary stock/records arising out of such transfer shall be required to be maintained/reflected wherever applicable.
