The Ministry of Ayush on July 27, 2023, notified the National Commission for Homoeopathy (Submission of List of the Homoeopathy Practitioners) Amendment Rules, 2023 further to amend the National Commission for Homoeopathy (Submission of List of the Homoeopathy Practitioners) Rules, 2021.
The following has been amended namely: -
•In rule 3 which lays down the Manner of submitting a list of medical practitioners in sub-rule (2), the words “and forward two hard copies of the same by speed post” shall be omitted.
They shall come into force from the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
