Finance & Taxation Compliance The Government of Tamil Nadu on July 18, 2023, issued a notification to amend Notification No. II(2)/CTR/351(a-4)/2023 dated April 05, 2023, related to waiving the amount of the late fee in respect of the return to be furnished for the financial year 2022-23.

The following amendment has been stated:

In the said notification, in the proviso, for the words, letter, and figure “June 30, 2023”, the words, letter, and figure “August 31, 2023” shall be substituted.

This notification shall be deemed to have come into force with effect from June 30, 2023.
