Finance & Taxation Compliance The Government of Goa on July 26, 2023, issued a notification to amend Notification No. 38/1/ 2017-Fin(R&C)(12/2017-Rate) dated June 30, 2017, regarding the exemption on the supply of services under the Goa Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017.

The following amendment has been stated:

• In the Table, against serial number 20C, for the entry in column (3), the following entry shall be substituted: -

(3) “Satellite launch services.”

This notification shall come into force on July 27, 2023.
