Finance & Taxation ComplianceThe Government of Jammu and Kashmir on July 24, 2023, hereby makes amendment in the notification of the Government of Jammu and Kashmir, the Finance Department SO No. 105/2023- Tax, dated March 03, 2023.

In the said notification, for the words, "provisions of", the words "proviso to" shall be substituted. 

They shall be deemed to have come into force from December 26, 2022.
