The Government of Haryana on July 26, 2023, amends Haryana Enterprises & Employment Policy-2020.
The following has been amended-
•14.10 Support for Exporting Units:
To make the exporting of MSMEs competitive in the global market, a freight subsidy of up to INR 25 Lakh will be provided to defray the transportation cost from the premises of the unit to the Seaport/ Air cargo/ International borders including other non-fiscal incentives.
•13.1 of Annexure-4 (Fiscal Incentives and Infrastructure Schemes)
13.1 Freight Assistance:
The freight assistance to the extent of 1% of Free on Board (FOB) value or actual freight excluding government fees and taxes on transportation of goods from the place of manufacture to the seaport/ air cargo/ by road up to the international border, whichever is less based on the level of ZED Certification, Sector of manufacturing and Block of exporting unit as under:
(a)For Thrust Sectors (as notified under HEEP): Maximum up to INR 25 lakh to the Manufacturer Exporter engaged in Thrust Sector located in ‘C’ and ‘D’ category Blocks and INR 15 Lakh to Manufacturer Exporter engaged in Thrust Sector located in ‘A’ and ‘B’ category Blocks.
(b)For all other eligible Manufacturer exporting units (Non- Thrust Sector):
Maximum up to INR 20 lakh to the Manufacturer Exporter located in ‘C’ and ‘D’ category Blocks and INR 10 Lakh to the Manufacturer Exporter located in ‘A’ and ‘B’ category Blocks.
100% for ZED Gold Certified units, 75% for ZED Silver Certified units and 33% ZED Bronze Certified units out of 1% of Free on Board (FOB) value or actual freight excluding government fee and taxes on transportation of goods from the place of manufacture to the seaport/ air cargo/ by road up to the international border with mentioned limits at a) and b) above.
