MoF amended notifications under the Customs

Finance & Taxation Compliance The Ministry of Finance (MoF) on July 26, 2023, issued amendments to certain notifications under the Customs Act, 1962.

The following notifications have been amended namely: -

• Notification No. 45/2017-Customs, dated the 30th June, 2017, G.S.R. 780(E), dated the 30th June, 2017

• Notification No. 47/2017-Customs, dated the 30th June, 2017, G.S.R. 782(E), dated the 30th June, 2017

• Notification No. 50/2017-Customs, dated the 30th June, 2017 [G.S.R. 785 (E), dated the 30th June, 2017]

This notification shall come into effect on July 27, 2023.
