Finance & Taxation ComplianceThe Commercial Taxes and Registration Department, Tamil Nadu on July 18, 2023, issued amendment to Notification No.II(2)/CTR/351(a-2)/2023 dated April 05, 2023, which specify the failure to furnish FORM GSTR-4.

The following has been stated namely: -

• The words, letter, and figure “30th day of June, 2023”, shall be substituted to “31st day of August, 2023”.

This notification shall be deemed to have come into force with effect from June 30, 2023.
