Finance & Taxation Compliance The Directorate General of Foreign Trade (DGFT) on July 28, 2023, issued the Procedure for the allocation of quota for export of broken rice on humanitarian and food security grounds.

The following has been stated namely: -

• The last date for submission of an application, for obtaining licence for the export of broken rice to Senegal, Gambia, and Indonesia has been extended to August 11, 2023.
