The Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) on July 26, 2023, issued a commencement notification for certain provisions under the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Mutual Funds) (Amendment) Regulations, 2023.
The following has been stated:
• That sub-regulation (XII) of regulation 3 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Mutual Funds) (Amendment) Regulations, 2023 shall come into force on July 26, 2023.
• The provisions of regulation 3 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Mutual Funds) (Amendment) Regulations, 2023 shall come into force from January 01, 2024.
