Finance & Taxation Compliance The Finance Department, Goa on July 26, 2023, issued an amendment to Notification No. 38/ 1/2017-Fin(R&C) (13/2017-Rate) dated June 28, 2017 published in the Official Gazette, Extraordinary No. 3, Series I No. 13 dated June 30, 2017.

The following has been stated namely: -

In Annexure III, the words and figures “during the Financial Year __ under forward charge”, have been substituted namely: -

“from the Financial Year____under forward charge and have not reverted to reverse charge mechanism”

This will be in effect from July 27, 2023
