The Government of Karnataka on July 28, 2023, notified hereby makes the further amendments in the Government of Karnataka Notification (13/2017) No. FD 48 CSL 2017, dated June 28, 2017, published in the Karnataka Gazette, Extraordinary, Part IVA, No.603, dated June 29, 2017
The following has been stated –
In the notification, in Annexure III, for the words and figures “during the Financial Year ____ under forward charge”, the words and figures “from the Financial Year ____under forward charge and have not reverted to reverse charge mechanism” shall be substituted.
This notification shall come into force with effect from July 27, 2023.
