Industry Specific ComplianceThe Government of Himachal Pradesh on July 31, 2023, notified Himachal Pradesh Lease (Amendment) Rules, 2023 to further amend the Himachal Pradesh Lease Rules, 2013.

The following has been stated-

•In rule 7 of the Himachal Pradesh Lease Rules, 2013, for the first proviso the following shall be substituted, namely:- “Provided that the State Government shall not grant the lease of land in any case for a period exceeding 40 years.”
