The Government of Bihar on August 01, 2023, issued a notification regarding the amnesty scheme for tax defaulter transport & Non-Transport vehicle.
The State Government hereby Exemption from penalty/interest on depositing outstanding one-time toll tax / green tax by registered tax defaulter transport / non-transport vehicle/tractor-trailer/battery operated vehicle (Electric Vehicle) in the state of Bihar and all the above types of unrestricted vehicles (emission standard BS -Amnesty from all types of fines for tractor-trailer/battery-operated vehicles (except unregistered vehicles of IV) on one-time deposit of outstanding road tax and one-time deposit of fees for temporary registration and due business tax by vehicle traders.
Acceptance of waiver of penalty imposed on him is granted for six months from the date of notification becoming effective under the conditions mentioned in the document attached.
