Industry Specific Compliance The Directorate General of Foreign Trade (DGFT) on August 03, 2023, issued a notification regarding the Regularization of RODTEP for 18 HS Codes under Heading 5208 w.e.f January 01, 2021.

The following has been stated: -

•RoDTEP benefit relating to 18 HS codes under heading 5208 notified vide Notification no. 63/2015-20 dated March 25, 2023, is being regularized w.e.f January 01, 2021, in consultation with the Department of Revenue.
