Secretarial ComplianceThe Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) on August 02, 2023, issued the Companies (Incorporation) Second Amendment Rules 2023 further to amend the Companies (Incorporation) Rules, 2014.

The following has been amended:

• In the Annexure, Form No. RD-1 has been substituted. 

They shall come into force on August 02, 2023.
