The Government of Haryana on August 07, 2023, issued a notification regarding the paid holiday on account of the general election
The following has been stated namely: -
• It has fixed Sunday, August 13, 2023, for the mentioned jurisdiction to be the holiday with wages for all the workers/employees enrolled as voters in Gram Panchayat Ajampur, Block Naraingarh District Ambala, Gram Panchayat Chabri, Block Jind, Gram Panchayat Bhartana, Block Pillukhera, Gram Panchayat Rojkhera, Block Uchana, District Jind and Gram Panchayat Juan-l Block Sonipat, District Sonipat working in all the shops and commercial establishments within the State of Harvana to enable them to cast their votes.
