The Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS) on August 08, 2023, notified the date of establishment and the date till which the standard without the amendment shall remain in force.
The amendments are as follows: -

•IS 3024: 2015 Grain Oriented Electrical Steel Sheet and Strip (Third Revision)
•IS 6603: 2001 Stainless Steel Bars and Flats — Specification (First Revision)
•IS 17261: 2022 Textiles — Polyester Continuous Filament Fully Drawn Yarns — Specification (First Revision)
•IS 17263: 2022 Textiles — Polyester Staples Fibres — Specification (First Revision)
For the particulars, the date of establishment will be August 02, 2023, and the date by which the standard without the amendment shall remain in force is February 01, 2024.
