Labour Compliance The Labour Department, West Bengal on April 12, 2023, issued a notification to state amendment to the Minimum Wages Act, 1948.

The following has been inserted under Part I of the Schedule namely: -

“93: Electrical Labourers engaged in power generation, transmission, distribution and allied work.”
