The Government of Haryana on August 04, 2023, issued a notification regarding amending notification no. S.O. 85/H.A.16/1994/S. 87/2013, dated October 11, 2013, regarding the Property taxes imposed on buildings and lands
This shall come into force with immediate effect
The following has been amended namely: -
• in para 4 which states “General” for sub-para (iv), the following sub-para shall be substituted, namely:-
“(iv) Rebate of fifteen percent on the property tax for the assessment year 2023-24 shall be admissible to that assessee who self-certifies their property information on ‘Property Tax Dues Payment and No Dues Certificate Management System Portal’ and pay their total property tax dues upto the assessment year 2023-24 by the 30th September 2023.
