Finance & Taxation ComplianceThe Government of Haryana on August 07, 2023, issued a notification to amend the Notification No. 14/GST-2, dated April 24, 2023, related to the registered persons who fail to furnish the final return in FORM GSTR-10.

The following amendment has been stated:

• for the figures, words and sign “June 30, 2023”, the figures, words and sign “August 31, 2023” have been substituted.

This notification shall be deemed to have come into force with effect from June 30, 2023.
