The National Stock Exchange (NSE) on August 09, 2023, issued the revised operating guidelines for Offer for Sale.
This is in continuation and partial modification to our circular no. NSE/CMTR/55432 dated January 31, 2023, regarding revised operating guidelines of Offer for Sale.
The Members/Participants and Sellers are requested to abide by the revised operating guidelines and terms & conditions of this circular or any other circular(s) issued from time to time regarding OFS by NSEIL and such other requirements as prescribed by SEBI or any other regulatory authority.
The revised operating guidelines of the offer for sale have been provided in the Annexures.
