Finance & Taxation Compliance The Government of Chhattisgarh on August 07, 2023, issued a notification regarding amendment in the Chhattisgarh Motoryan Karadhan Adhiniyam, 1991.

The following has been amended: -

In the First Schedule of the said Adhiniyam entries relating to the serial numbers I, II, and III have been amended: -

•Entry I relating to the MOTORCYCLE

•Entry II relating to MOTOR CAR

•Entry III relating to INVALID CARRIAGE
