Finance & Taxation ComplianceThe Government of Himachal Pradesh on August 10, 2023, issued a notification to amend Notification No. 12/2017-State Tax (Rate), dated June 30, 2017, regarding the exemption on the supply of services under the Himachal Pradesh Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017.

The following amendment has been stated:

• In the Table, against serial number 19C, for the entry in column (3), the following entry shall be substituted: -

(3) “Satellite launch services.”

This notification shall come into force on July 27, 2023.
