Finance & Taxation ComplianceThe Government of Himachal Pradesh on August 10, 2023, issued a notification to amend Notification No. 03/2023-State Tax, dated April 10, 2023, regarding the class of registered persons whose registration has been cancelled on or before December 31, 2022

The following amendments have been stated:

• for the words, letter and figure “June 30, 2023” the words, letter and figure “August 31, 2023” shall be substituted. 

This notification shall be deemed to have come into force with effect from June 30, 2023.
