Secretarial Compliance The Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) on August 12, 2023, notified regarding FAQ on Upstreaming of clients’ funds by Stockbrokers (SBs) / Clearing Members (CMs) to Clearing Corporations (CCs).

Based on representations received from Members, Exchange is pleased to issue guidelines/ clarifications on the subject in the form of frequently asked questions (FAQs). The updated FAQs are enclosed as Annexure A attached to the link.
