Industry Specific Compliance The Government of Chhattisgarh on August 10, 2023, issued a notification regarding the Chhattisgarh Municipalities (Amendment) Act, 2019.

The following has been stated: -

•In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of section 1 of the Chhattisgarh Municipalities (Amendment) Act, 2019, the State Government notifies that the Act shall come into force with effect from the date of publication in the Chhattisgarh gazette.
