Finance & Taxation Compliance The Government of Karnataka on August 11, 2023, issued a notification regarding the appointment of the date on which the provisions of the Goods and Services Tax (Amendment) Act, 2023 shall come into force

The following has been stated namely: -

• It has appointed October 01, 2023, as the date on which the provisions of sections 2 to13 and 20 to 23 shall come into force

• It has appointed the date of August 01, 2023, as the date on which the provisions of sections 14 to 19 of the said Act shall come into force.
