The Government of Goa on August 14, 2023, issued a notification regarding amending the Government Notification No. 1/2/2020-Fin(R&C)/556 dated 11-05-2020, published in the Official Gazette Extraordinary No. 5, Series I No. 6 dated May 11, 2020.
The amendments are as follows-
•For item (7), (i) For the retail sale of foreign liquor in packed bottles at the Airport. Rs. 2,00,000/-. (ii) For retail sale of foreign liquor in packed bottles other than Rs. 8,000/-. on Airport items shall be substituted.
•In item (8), after sub-item (xiv), the (xv) Bar/Bar-cum-restaurant situated on Airport sub-item (xv) shall be inserted.
•In item (8), after sub-item (xiv), the (xv) Bar/Bar-cum-restaurant situated on Airport Rs. 3,75,000/- sub-item (xv) shall be inserted.
