Industry Specific ComplianceThe Government of Madhya Pradesh on August 16, 2023, published a notification to further amend notification No. F-B-04-07-2018-02V (04) dated March 29, 2023, related to the reduction in the stamp duty chargeable on instruments

This notification shall be deemed to have come into force on April 01, 2023

The following has been amended namely: -

• It states that the words “duly registered by the RERA (Real Estate Regulatory Authority)” shall be deleted.
