Finance & Taxation Compliance The Government of Goa on August 17, 2023, issued a notification to amend the Notification No. 38/1/2017-Fin(R&C)(243)/3443 dated May 12, 2023, regarding the class of registered persons whose registration has been cancelled on or before December 31, 2022.

The following amendment has been stated:

In the said notification, for the words, letter and figure “June 30, 2023” the words, letter and figure “August 31, 2023” shall be substituted.

This notification shall be deemed to have come into force with effect from June 30, 2023.
