•Rule 133B of the Aircraft Rules 1937, lays down the requirements for grant of approval to the Organization(s) engaged and specifies the standards to be followed by the approved organization(s).
•This CAR specifies the requirements for the organisations engaged in any one or more of storage, compounding, blending, testing, distribution, and supply (including fuelling and refuelling of aircraft) of Aviation fuels, Aviation Lubricants and Special products.
•Organization/s engaged in any one or more of the activities mentioned above shall perform so only after the grant of Certificate of Approval and such organizations be called Approved Organizations (AO) meeting the requirements of this CAR.
•The approval when granted will apply to the whole organization having an Accountable Manager acceptable to DGCA.
•This Civil Aviation Requirement is issued under the provision of Rule 133A.
