The Central Board of Direct Taxes (CBDT) on August 18, 2023, notified for e-verification process ITR is filed between April to July for AY 2022-23.

It is observed that the ITR was filed between April 01, 2022, to July 31, 2022, for AY 2022-23 and was not verified within 120 days. It shall be taken up for further processing only when it is verified, therefore it is requested to complete the e-verification process by raising a condonation request from the e-filing portal on www.incometax.gov.in at the earliest.
