Industry Specific Compliance The Ministry of Mines (MoM) on August 17, 2023, appoints a date for the Mines and Minerals (Development and Regulation) Amendment Act, 2023.

The Central Government hereby appoints August 17, 2023, as the date on which the Mines and Minerals (Development and Regulation) Amendment Act, 2023 shall come into force.
