Secretarial Compliance The Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI), on August 18, 2023, notified Updates to UNSC’s 1718 Sanctions List of Designated Individuals and Entities amendment in 9 entries.

The following has been stated-

United Nations Security Council Committee established pursuant to Resolutions 1718 (2006) concerning the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea (DPRK), enacted the amendments in 9 entries mentioned in Annexure-1 on its list of individuals and entities.
