Finance & Taxation Compliance The Ministry of Finance (MoF) on August 18, 2023, issued a corrigendum in state tax notification.

The notification of this Government No.12/2022-State Tax, published in the Gazette of Delhi, Extraordinary, Part IV, Vide No. F.3(31)/Fin(Exp-I)/2022-23/DS-I/898, dated November 17, 2022.

The following is stated

a) In line 14, the word “sixth” may be read as “fifth”.
