The Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI) on August 18, 2023, issued the Extension of last date to receive comments, counter comments on TRAI's Consultation Paper on 'Regulatory Mechanism for Over-The-Top (OTT) Communication Services, and Selective Banning of OTT Services'.
The following has been stated namely: -
• The last date for submission of written comments and counter comments for the Consultation Paper on 'Regulatory Mechanism for Over-The-Top (OTT) Communication Services, and Selective Banning of OTT Services' has been extended.
• The deadlines are now as follows: -
1. Written Comments – September 01, 2023
2. Counter Comments – September 15, 2023
• The comments/counter comments may be sent to Shri Akhilesh Kumar Trivedi, Advisor (Network, Spectrum & Licensing), TRAT, preferably in electronic form at [email protected].
