The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, (ICAI) on August 21, 2023, issued a corrigendum for a notification for Notification No.1-CA(7)/201/2023 dated June 21, 2023, published in Part III- Section 4 of the Gazette of India, Extraordinary dated June 22, 2023.
These errors as per details given below-
1. Page 15- In Regulation 40A,
(a) In sub-regulation (1), clause (b) and clause (c) be read as clause (c) and clause (b) respectively.
(b) In clause (c) of sub-regulation (1), the word “advanced” is missing and the same be now read before the words “Integrated Course on Information Technology and Soft Skills”.
2. Page 17- In Regulation 51F, in sub-regulation (2), the word “online” is missing and the same be now read after the words “self-paced”.
