The Government of Meghalaya on August 04, 2023, suppressed an older notification No. GAB.17/2018/Pt/294, dated January 17, 2023, related to the date of freezing for administrative boundaries of Districts, Civil Sub-Divisions, C&RD Blocks, Municipalities, Villages, Police Stations, etc.
The following has been stated: -
•The date of freezing of administrative boundaries of Districts, Civil Sub-Divisions, Community & Rural Development Blocks, Municipalities, Villages, Police Stations, etc. is further extended till December 31, 2023.
