Industry Specific Compliance The Government of Bihar on August 18, 2023, issued a notification regarding mitigation through Hand Held Device.

Using the powers conferred by Section-200 of the Motor Vehicles Act, 1988, the amount of mitigation prescribed in Section-184 for mitigation through Hand Held Device is determined for the purposes prescribed under this section and mentioned in the table.

It will come into force after 5 days of publication.
